The organization that you belong to will determine the method for password reset. In most cases CPALMS does not have control over your credentials as CPALMS is seamlessly access through your Organizations SSO provider.

If you forgot your password, please reach out to your District IT or assigned SSO support specialist. If you are unsure of who to the contact person is, then use the search function by clicking here and selecting your organization.
Provider: ClassLink
If you forgot your password, please reach out to your District IT or assigned SSO support specialist. If you are unsure of who to the contact person is, then use the search function by clicking here and selecting your organization.
Provider: FLDOE
If you forgot your password and you created your account using the Florida Department of Education's Single Sign On, then you will need to click here to contact the Department of Education support.
Provider: Organization with educator code
If you forgot your password and you created your account using an educator code you can reset your password manually. Click the sign in button. Then search and select your organization. Click go, then click the forgot password link on the login to my account page. Type email and then click go. Click the link received in the email and rest the password.
