Open the My Planner app and select Add Class. Search by the class title, code, or keywords and select the course you would like. Click Add Course and select Save Class.

Open the My Planner app and select Add Class.
If this is your first class, then you’ll go directly to the Create a New Class page. If you have already created a course before you will select whether you are creating a new class or copying from an existing course.
Enter a class title for your course.
Locate your course in the Florida’s Course-Code Directory by using the search by course titles, course numbers, or course keywords.
Once you find the correct course click Add Course and confirm that it’s displayed in the Selected Course section.
Select the course version from the drop down menu.
Click Save Class. (the course will now display on the ALL tab of the My Planner app)
Now that you have created a course, this time when you click Add Class, you will need to select whether you will Create from scratch (if you teach a different course and follow the steps we just covered) OR select Copy another class (if you teach the same course during a different period).
Select the Class tile you’d like to copy.
Edit the Class title.
Click Save Class.
Select Edit for any existing class if you need to change the Class Title, Status, or Selected Course.
